Office on Aging Talk on Chronic Disease Management

What: HCMC will be offering a talk on how to management chronic conditions.  Tina Umstead, LPN, Community Health Specialist will address the various programs and opportunities available.   The event is free and open to all seniors.

The talk is free to Henry County Office on Aging attendees.
